Cat spay

Hello all,

Just after a little advice please just had our cat Trixie spayed and shes come home tonight with an e collar (lampshade!) i was wondering how long it will take her to get used to it?

Poor thing. xx

To be honest, you'll be lucky if she does get used to it, my cat has had to wear one a couple of times - he hated it and he walked backwards for the whole time he had it on.

Its to stop them nibbling at the stitches, so when they are taken out (6 days??) she won't need it.

I thought Max would have had to wear one of them when he come home but he didn't, tried pulling his stitches out a few times
Was after 10 days he had the stitches removed
