Post CD's through the post as mats?

CD's that come through the door, like AOL, can be used as great cup mats.  You can also use the cases as CD holders if you remove all the wrapping and markings.

Great eh?

My mum has done this for years, only thing is she lets the kids play with them and i then have to learn them the difference between, rubbish ones through the post and daddys really expencive playstation, xbox, dvds.

Daddy not happy when they use his disks for frizbees. lol

just noticed this thread,never had a cd through the door(apart from ordered ones) but ill bear that in mind-it is a good idea lol

Why wait for them to come through the door?
you can pick them up at asda by the handfull so when they get dirty just change then instead of cleaning them.
most of the big shops have free discs
as mummiboo said we have been using them as cup mats for years
