Re: Coop v Tesco

I shop online - so I don't use any petrol getting there.
I use a credit card which gives me 1% cashback.
I get free delivery more often than not.

This week I am paying Ocado £1.49 (for a Wednesday delivery over £75) because I am buying a lot of organic fresh food that the others don't stock.

Last shop I used Sainsburys and stocked up on tobacco so that the order topped £100 and qualified for free delivery on Tues, Wed, Thurs.

Re: Coop v Tesco

If the free delivery perks stop, I won't mind paying to have someone else carry the stuff up the 13 steps to my front door.
Another advantage is that I can read online what additives, if any, are in the food.
It isn't easy doing that using bifocals in store.

Stocked up on tobacco?? MargaretR, you're a traitor to the cause-your cause. Good to see you have a little weakness like the rest of us. But I'm sure you don't inhale like the rest of us.
