Right so according to you lot...we should all become alkys and leccy thieves, well that would defo bring our energy bills down...guaranteed.....we can all use prison fuel then

If you put in an appearance & he had to pay for your beer as well it would still be cheaper than trying to keep up with the spinning dials on his utility meters.
