A box of Terrys all gold, yesterday.

That's a bummer .. put £ 49.14 in on the 17th .. when did it start ? Didn't offer me anything !!

Would have coasted down a few hills for a couple of days if I had known was coming up ... 'cept that it's an automatic ..

I believe it is less volotile and is ignited by pressure rather than by spark

But seriously, if you don't mind the noisier motor, and as you live in a part of the world where it doesn't get cold it should work well. Diesel is very efficient, but it is less effecient when temps drop way below zero. I don't know if it is the same in England as it is here, but diesel prices, like the fuel itsel, tend to be less volatile.

Think a lot of cars will take this amount, I've put £48 in mine and its only a 2.0L car, cost £56 for the Volvo though to fill it

Just a small point Neil we have 20oz pints and the US have 16oz.

LOL .. nowt special Aleks .. a 1.8 Toyota Avensis .. but was a little low .

Diesel cars are a lot more efficient for starting these days Eric and they don't make so much of that clickety, click noise anymore. You'll just have to remember, Panther, to break the habit of a lifetime and not put petrol in by mistake.. I once did this in a company Picasso driving back from Scotland .. was perfectly OK luckily .. just couldn't understand that pinking noise it made down the M6 .. Think probably better than t'other way around.

Re: Free chocolates....

Gas (Petrol) prices in my area are just under $3 a US gallon ,California prices tend to be higher than other States because of higher fuel taxes, , works out to .38 UK pence a liter .........and no speed cameras either (the kids would just shoot them out)
