Freezer mats

Don't know whether this has been covered before, but if any one has a freezer that needs defrosting,(these self-defrosting freezers are to big for my kitchen) the defrost shelf mats really do work, I used to have to defrost mine every three months, but since I got one of these mats (they cost about £6) I only defrost it every 12 months and even then its not to bad

I got mine from an advert in a TV mag, but they are advertised all the time, have seen them in sunday mags and daily papers, but they're well worth it
