Re: Hard boiled eggs

If you want the eggs hot(chopped with butter and salt and pepper (Yumm!) then crack the shell and use a teaspoon to run under the shell and it comes off easily. Otherwise, cool them in water and peel under a running tap.

Spot on there cashman. Boiling eggs is easy so we try and let the ladies do it. It makes them feel like they have achieved something

Reminds me of my Grandad's opinion of his own cooking, "I can boil water without burning it." Of course, he would throw the eggshells into the coffee pot, allegedly to settle the grounds. Wonder if Grandad's coffee would generate the effects Less has described?

Ladies prefer hard boiled eggs as it gives us a solid object to throw at the men in our lives. Unboiled eggs make too much of a mess on the carpet.

Well I think I know what I'm gonna get Less for Christmas (I know it's a little bit early to be thinking of Christmas but it is only 9 months away!)

Take a look at this........

The downside is that it is extra washing up!

The eggstractor? When those obnoxious adverts come on the television, it's time to either change the channel, or head for the kitchen.

Well, if the doctor puts her on an egg-free diet, this might also work:

Come to think of it, it would probably amuse my nephews!

Think they demoed one of those in the Bridget Jones Diary film. Looked like it could have been used for something else that men might find enjoyable as well.

While we prefer not having things thrown at use, if the ladies are going to lob things in our direction, we gents prefer comestibles. Takes a bit of the sting out, having an unexpected snack!
