and are playing very loud very rubbish music
Turn it down!!!!!!! Or i will come out and ram the stereo down your throat.. put my stereo up against the open window and blast out very very loud rock music! *i feel a little better now *

you could report it , but they won't do anything.... you just have to put up with it.
or get yourself hours of stress for NOTHING. I have that problem where I live .... no one cares anymore. |
