In a nutshell ..... Just got a sore wrist from him telling me to keep going on the release catch.

In 1970 I had a year long romance with a motor mechanic.
In 2003 our paths crossed again for the first time since then.
...And since then he phones me to offer free servicing - he won't be convinced that I don't need his services anymore

PS even once a year is too often when I only do 200 miles a year

I'm glad to hear that, because I know that you use your car a lot.
Mine rarely gets started and then I don't get far.
....not that I miss travelling - though coach trips were quite a regular hobby only a few years ago - I recall saying 'you don't neccessarily need a PSV but it helps'
