Another trick that might help is.........cover the offending part of the shoe with a face cloth or a tea towel, then get a pair of pliers and sort of nibble the leather....working it backward and forwards.......and do like Doug says 'Compeed Blister Relief' it is a bit dear but it does work.

Oh yeah, the other cure for blisters is........fresh urine......I know it sounds disgusting but that works too.....though I don't know the scientific reason for it.

I used to get told this if i burnt myself at work when using cutting or welding gear, never did it though but i know someone who used to

Rub the part of shoe that is rubbing with soap and also the part opf the foot it is rubbing against, this usually works for me.
