Phone calls for free
There are a number of ways to get free phone calls. How the companies that offer these services survive I do not know.
Try http://www.planet-talk.co.uk for Primus that give free evening and weekend phone calls up to 90mins each and 2p/min daytime Try http://www.dial1899.co.uk for free daytime calls Except for a 3p connection charge for each call the rest is free. You register with a credit card. Then dial 1899 before the number you require. Watch out for non-geographic numbers. 0845, suposedly local rate, is charged at 3.6p/min ie greater than local rates 0870, supposedly national rate, is charged at 7.6p/min........................... Use http://www.saynoto0870.co.uk gives geographic alternative numbers to the usual 0870 numbers. There you have it! |
