Agree with all that Boeing Guy said,I have flown with that bunch of clowns twice and never again, if I'd have been able to swap my return flight I would have. Their cabin crew have to provide their own pens and a calculator if they wanted to use one, and pay for their own crummy uniforms, makes you wonder what other corners they cut.

Sadly what happened today in Cork could have been avoided.
This is part of the problem with today's low cost revolution, someting has to give and sadly people died.
I am not for one second attributing blame on anybody, but and this is a huge but, why did the flight crew not divert after the 2nd attempt. We will find out when the crash report is written, until then it is all just speculation.
Ryanair push their crew very hard.
The crew are well trained, but so were the Manx 2 crew, as am I, we all make mistakes, bad management should not be a factor.

I've just had a very unfortunate experience with Ryanair.
I boarded the plane this morning, and mindful of the policy of no seats pre-allocated, I took a seat at the front of the aircraft. The next thing I knew, a man came up and told me I was in his seat.
"I'm sorry" I said,"but there are no pre allocated seats."
He wasn't satisfied. Again he told me I was sitting in his seat.
I was worried now, having heard about the sort of person who travels Ryanair. But I was determined to stand my ground. "There ARE no pre allocated seats" I said.
"Okay!" he said "Well in that case, you can fly the bloody plane!"
