Stripping your hair of hair dye
GIRLIES
Whilst having my nails done last week i was talking to the girl about my hair colour which is brown and black at the moment
i told her i couldnt wait for it to grow out so i can go back to my normal light brown and she told me that a good clarifier for your hair is actually fairy liquid, its stips off all the naff colour you've put on your hair and within a few washes you are back to your 'normal' colour
Pantene used to do a clear clarifying shampoo that did this, and it was really good

Re: Stripping your hair of hair dye
I have used washing up liquid on my hair, when i could not afford shampoo, years ago, and it never made any difference to the colour.
