Re: Thursday night drinking
Theres nowt much goes on in Blackburn on a Thursday. The pubs tend to be open though.
Thursdays in Accrington have picked up recently. All pubs are open, and its £1 a drink in The Calder & Bees Knees. The Calder does tend to get very busy though.

Yeah, Harwood is a good night out. I suppose it depends what sort of night out you want. Thursday down Accy is just like the weekend very busy and very loud banging music. So if you want a few quiet drinks and a catch up then Accy wont be the best place to go.
The only problem with Harwood is alot of places tend to have Karaoke on, so if you dont like that then pick your pubs carefully.
Hope you have a good night.

Neil, dont be so darn cheeky, like you'd go out on a Thursday night anyway, your only jealous lol
Lolly, i dont think he's too bothered about where we go as long as we can have a drink and a laugh, cant say i'm too bothered either, might just give Accy a go then

Re: Thursday night drinking
Calder is good on a thurs, can't say I have noticed the rumoured Gypsy influx, and I would recognise most of them !
Peel Park has a great quiz on Thurs night, I usually go but since I've been up since 6am on some dumb course in Sale (where???) and the same again tomorrow I am not going tonight !
