its okay now anyway its fixed!! followed neils long text message instructions  its the pipe under my sink at fault and my landlords sending a plumber out tomorrow - not at my expenxe of course thanks guys!!

my mate didnt come my lovely fiance took up the role & did the draining in the bucket thing!
Looked quite funny actually it was filling up the bucket faster than we could empty it! lmao xx
