Re: Washing machine nightmare !

My experience of this sort of fault was that the pump had got blocked with fibres/socks or whatever ... the water cannot get out and drain so causes the machine to halt its programme. Can open usually at the bottom somewhere to clear it, however, only my experience Lindsay.

My friend at work used Mark Taylor couple of weeks ago, although was her oven, she found him reasonable and very obliging, with a good job done.

Re: Washing machine nightmare !

I must have done something good in a previous life ! My very lovely ( and generous) step dad (thanks Len !!!) has just got me a brand spanking new washer ! Came home from work to new washer all fitted and working and old one taken away by the washing machine fairies !
It's all new and shiny and has "fuzzy logic ? ".
I am one happy bunny !
Thanks for all your hints and advice chaps.
And a big fat thanks to Len ! (thanks Dad XXXX)
