Presumably proper coffee Mez ? Complete with caffeine ? That's doing the job for me at the moment along with high strength co-enzyme Q10 , fairly raring to go at the minute !

I just heard the other day an ad for a range of coffee that is 'half caf' - is that like the caffeine equivalent of semi skimmed milk?

Ah but I don't even know any coffee drinkers so it was a new one on me. I've heard of decaf but not half caf.

talking of frothy coffe Anne, i've started drinking mocha in the mornings and its luffly, they do it in sachets from asda, 10 sachets in a box for £1.28...thats asda's own, nescafe do 8 in a box for £2
