Please can you tell me ...how do you make mousaka?
i yahooed and this is all i got,
aubagines recipes

Found: 0 categories, 0 recipes and 0 recipes with 'aubagines' in the ingredients.

cheers mez, i will have a look,,,,i bought 2 realy nice big aubagines this morning, and thought i would have a go at mousaka..it must be an age thing,,,,,,

Here is an italian aubergine recipe which is vegetarian and very tasty,for next time you buy aubergines
Recipe: Eggplant Parmigiana

I have printed all three recipes off,i dont know which to do first,, i have got some nice minced lamb,but all my spices are dried ones,where it says fresh,,,Now the white wine,,,,erm thats a good excuse to open a bottle

Use dried herbs - I rarely use fresh - but you need less of it if dried (more concentrated flavour in dried)

correct, dried herbs are fine but more concentrated.

We like a moussaka as well,

If you have some spare aubergine, make thin "crisp" like slices, batter and deep fry.

A lovely Spanish Tapas dish. ( I was eating them last week in Madrid! )
