It must be Hollands. Is the picture taken from baxenden Railway Station?

The photo was taken in the 60s looking towards Holland`s Chimney. The railway cutting was infilled with the soil from the hill near Haslingden Station. A rail tunnel went through the hill and all this was removed in preparation for the construction of the dual carriageway from Rising Bridge to the Motorway.

Here is a photo taken recently from the same spot..
