Ahh but for me it was Ed "Stewpot Stewart" with Junior Choice on weekend mornings. I liked the comedy records and Disney sing along stuff especially but hated it it when the scots guy came in at 10 o clock on A Saturday a.m. (Stuart Henry??)

BTW does anyone else remember the cartoon videos for "4 Wheels on My Wagon" and "The Banana Boat Song"?? I do but some people round here are telling me that it's the onset of dementia.

Now i cant stop singing, three wheels on my wagon,but i keep rolling along, the cherokees are after me but i keep singing this song,,,,stumped now!...
Ed Stewart was another chap who always said White Rabbits every month..

It's a bad sign when I'm answering my own posts but I thought I would share this with any other telly addicts from the Golden Age of TV (ie when you could get up close and personal with the little white dot). Here is a strange version of Stan Freberg's rip off of The Banana Boat Song

Now does anyone remember it??
