Inskip League

Just wondering if anyone remembers Inskip League concerts back in the mid-1960s?

Re: Inskip League

The Inskip League used to meet at Antley (Methodist?) Church on Blackburn Rd, me and my friend used to dish out tea and biscuits. The late Dr Devlin used to play the organ at the concerts.

Re: Inskip League

I don't remember Dr Devlin. I remember a couple of young girls who used to do a bit of dancing and a folk group called The Kon-Men.

Re: Inskip League

Just found an old programme for an Inskip League show. The dancers were called Jay and Gee, and I seem to recall that they had a friend called Carole Mackey. There was also an entertainer called Norman Westwell. Anyone know these people?
