Can anybody remember a programme with Jimmy Hanley where he was the owner of a pub and the whole script was used to sell stuff, ie he would offer someone a ciggy, and then tell how much he paid for them and how blooming marvelous they were for your health because of the filter tip.
I think it was called Jim`s Inn an advertizing magazine :-/

i used to love double deckers starring peter firth who now is in spooks cant remember if it was in the 60, or 70,

anne, used to love mr pastry all that slapstick comedy used to have me in stitches.hilda baker re-runs recently shown on granada plus the little one in the krankies allways reminded me of jimmey clithero and dont forget charlie drake. god i must be showing my age thinking back like this. what about sunday  night at the london pallidium with bruce forsythe.

Yea, Janet little Jimmy Krankie does put you in mind of Charlie Drake. That guy used to have mi laughing so much my tummy hurt.
Oh, my god dunt it mek ya feel old. Sunday nite at the London pladium was were they had the beat the clock game ( I think )
