But just think how lucky you are hon ... you could be like me, with two marriages and a few relationships that were absolute disasters ... nothing to remember with any pleasure ... no fond memories; well, maybe a few, but far between .... sure there's the loss, that's inevitable, but you had something that many people can only dream about.

On a lighter note: today is the 42nd. anniversary of my arrival in Canada.... something I intend to celebrate big time.

September - Still vestiges of summer, the turning of the leaves, the fading of the flowers, the occasional onset of winter. October and November to follow, my months of sadness and loss.
Each year gets a little easier and as long as you live with hope then it does really get better and who knows what the future holds for us.
There can always be a wonderful surprise waiting just around the corner for each and everyone of us. I know because it has happened to me.
Do not fear the future - Fear is a disease and Hope is is the only cure
