Sweet Rationing

Fascinating little video on sweet rationing...lookout for the Spangles advert at the end....much simpler times before words were hijacked

I remember when it came off in 54, the shop in Abbey St near clives barbers, the number of women wi fake fur coats and big hats shovin and pushing commoners out of the way, and loading the back seats of their cars with jars and tins of toffee was disgusting.
