I think it was about Nov. in '61. We had just moved into a flat in Weston-S-uper-Mare. Bryan Blessed as Fancy Smith, Jock Wier, and the Irish one. Think the DI moved on to his own series.

People who stared in Z Cars and went on to other things James Ellis ( the irish one Barrie) Frank Windsor, Stratford Johns, Collin Welland, the series start Jan 61 and ran until Sept 78

Just watched, don't remember the Grove family at all, Margaret musta had a telly before us.

Just finished watching a re run of "Time To Remember" on BBC4. That took me back to when I was a nipper that's for sure!! Tuesday 8-30 for the next 16 weeks I think! Bet they didn't think there would be anything more than BBC and ITV (2 channels) when it was made???
