Pinky and Perky,Crackerjack, Flipper, The Lone Ranger, The Big Valley, Bonanza, The Flaxton Boys, Blue Peter, Captain Pugwash and Noggin the Nog.
What was that programme called where a young Lad used to have a Boomerang and when he threw it in the air, time stood still for a few minutes?...Used to be on either Sat or Sun tea time ish or early evening?
Oh happy days...and no worries...well not many anyway!!

Re: What did you watch when you was a nipper?
Not kids stuff but looked forward to watching Sunday Night At The London Palladium. Resting on my elbows on the carpet breaking my neck looking up at the black and white TV in the corner.

Re: What did you watch when you was a nipper?
My childhood wasn't very TV-Friendly, for want of a better explanation.
I wasn't really allowed in the sitting room , never watched TV in my parental home. On Thursdays and Fridays I was picked up from school by my Grandmother 'nana' as I called her-and she had the TV on for me, I remember Playbox, Sooty, that Tony Hart art programme?
Mike and Angelo
My favourite was Dizzy Heights Hotel !I can't find it on youtube and 'Gophers'!I loved those.
