Post Re: What is your dream or ambition in life.

Just realised that it is only 7 weeks off my dream holiday. My step brother and his family moved to New Zealand in january 2002, and I have been saving up to go and see them ever since. I am having 3 nights in Hong Kong on the way there, then flying to Brisbane (it was Melbourne but Quantas have re-scheduled my flight) On to Aukland for 17 nights then to Sydney, finally having 4 nights in Bangkok on the way home. I am soooo excited now and can't wait to do some major sightseeing and hopefully christmas shopping. It has been a bind saving all my holidays this year in order to get the time off, but it will be worth it, if only to buy my little nephew a decent christmas pressie while I'm there.

Wondering where I can go next, already saving up for the next one. ;D

New girl again - what have I missed?

My life's ambition is, and always has been, to be able to make money as fast as I can spend it.

Never got there yet ...... ah well, there's always the lottery (yeah).

And if anybody had ever told me that I would earn what I earn now and wouldn't be rich, I would never have believed it - but it's too true!

Re: What is your dream or ambition in life.

Im not sure what my dreams and ambitions are, 3 years ago it was to be in a happy household where i could seriously relax, have fun, and have my own personal space that would never be interrupted by anyone else, have a good job thats a bit of a challenge yet pays quite well, go out when i want and not worry about money, go out a bit more and not have all the stress of family.......2 years later and i have got all that my only aim i have at the moment is to become 100% physically, mentally and financially well in order to have children whilst im quite young Wish me luck!haha.

I've always longed for a house with a big garden but can't see it ever happening.

Ah Willow, it's only a load of work unless you can afford to have someone else do it.

I shall console myself with that thought whilst I go and pick up yet more litter from my tiny front garden.

Finding love and affection that doesn't come with conditions, peace and contentedness would be worth more than any degree wealth.

Well Doug, I think most love is conditional, except perhaps, that of some parents for their children, and I don't think ALL parents feel that.
