Bookmarks problem

My bookmarks have become inaccessible. Anyone got any ideas about the problem or how to resolve it? Any help will be very much appreciated.

Re: Bookmarks problem

I had a similar problem with my BT/Yahoo Browser, my bookmark icon was disabled....but I over came the problem by adding bookmarks as a content to my homepage....I don't know if Internet Explorer will allow you to add your bookmarks as content.
Anyway, all my bookmarks were still there and are now accessible.
I'm sorry if this does not help you to solve your problem.

Re: Bookmarks problem

Have you tried exporting your bookmarks? This will create a file Bookmark.htm and then import them.

Re: Bookmarks problem

No, not tried that. Please excuse my ignorance, but how would I export them? When I click on Bookmarks, the 3 options (Add, Edit, Import) are all grey.

Re: Bookmarks problem

have you signed in to your google account? My bookmarks are only accessible if i am logged in to the correct google account - if im not logged in it says 'sign in' at the top right of my browser
