Re: BT down the pan

BT where at it again this weekend, my caller display wasn't working so I rang them only to be told that they where having a few problems with virus and worms and for a short time certain services where unavailable, utter bulls**t, sounds like a standard reply they are using if they have a fault.

I am on dial up and didn't have a problem (am saying this with fingers, toes and eyes crossed). Keep toying with the idea of broadband, but ah well, maybe not!

Re: BT down the pan

viruses my arse lol bt will blame anything but the fact is their network is in disrepair and they dont like spending money fixing it until somthing drastic happens like basicly it will not work until replaced

ntl

faster , more reliable , constant speeds no matter how many are using the service

if you can get ntl make the switch today and save yourself a ton of grief

Re: BT down the pan

I couldn't get up last Saturday which was a pain as I wanted to do some work, I didn’t get on all day. I didn't bother ringing them because they just pull your pipe and keep you holding on running up your bill. I have to say it's the first time I've ever had a problem with BT. I'm toying with the Idea of going over to Telewest anybody used them?

Viruses and worms - Bo**ocks...........
