DVD Recorder?

Anyone know any software (Preferrably free) that records sections of DVD's! I don't want one that copies the whole thing - but records selected sections into an AVI file and other files!

Cheers.

Re: DVD Recorder?

a programme called dvdshrink will let you copy sections of a dvd, it will copy the vob files to your hard drive then you just need to convert them to avi or whatever you want with a vob to avi convertor you can get a free one from downloads.com
