Forgotten password

I've forgot the password for my laptop....can anyone give me any advice on how to sort it? And no, i don't have a password reset disc

quite easy, there are other tools, follow the guide and you should be ok

One problem, i can't download it and put it on a disc, i'm using my phone and don't have any other way of getting online

ah then you will need someone to do it for you, im afraid only real solution for you is to burn a cd/usb stick with a recovery tool.

im busy tonight so that rules me out sorry!

ive just started a relationship with a blind woman !Its quite rewarding but quite challenging ! it took me ages to get her husbands voice right

The clock on my task-bar, which has previously been ok, now stops working when I turn off my desktop PC. It restarts when I switch back on, but records the time that I had previously turned off the machine which is usually about 48-hours. Any ideas why?

possibly the CMOS battery on your motherboard, if you open the case you should see like a big watch battery, flick it out and stall near doors leading out of the market to bus station should be able to supply.
