Just Click ??
Hi all, it’s me again,
Can anyone help, I have had computers for many years but only used it for serving the net E-Mails and some chat rooms, so now I think its time I started to do a bit more with this technology ( hopefully with your help, PLEASE )
Ok what I want to do is this, when I send E-Mails or post in a blog and want to redirect someone to an E-mail address or a website how can I just put it as “ please click here to go to and so on” all they have to do is click on the part that says Click Here and not see the web address or E-Mail address.
Hope you can see what I mean ??
Thanks
thejokerman

Re: Just Click ??
A lot depends on how the site you are using has been set up. Here on AccyWeb for example you type the word you want people to click. Then highlight it. Then click on the icon above the text box which looks like the Earth sitting on a paperclip and in the window which opens you put the URL of the webpage you want to direct them to.
Alternatively you type: insert the word you want them to click on here

Re: Just Click ??
It depends on where you are trying to do it as I said in post #2. Would you mind if I looked at where you want to do it?

Re: Just Click ??
You may need to use < instead of [. I'm going offline now but I'll check back later to see if you've replied.

Re: Just Click ??
OK, without actually being able to see the site itself I'm not sure if I've helped but let me know if the thing in post #8 works for you.

Re: Just Click ??
OK, I've just looked at the page. Where you've got the words 'just click' you are linking it back to your homepage.
