remove earplugs ,untick mute box,make sure slider on volume isnt down to the bottom on the volume icon near the time, is speaker in the green socket at the back of the computer,is power light on the speakers working they could be faulty,goto control panel aqnd look at sounds and audio devices and check its not muted or turned down there,also look there to check your soundcard is the one selected to use
loads of things it could be theres just a few but its usually somat simple

ive just started a relationship with a blind woman !Its quite rewarding but quite challenging ! it took me ages to get her husbands voice right
