Of couse we will answer any and all questions, reasonable time permitting of course. I do have rather a heavy schedule so I would have to fit in as and when possible.

Post Re:  This is for you!!

Why do I think ou are taking the p*** Oscar, and this is from some one who originally gave you support in this forum!!! >

As I said to you in the Chatroom, this is NOT my forum, I only do the Springhill section. It was just a suggestion about moving it where it might be better seen.

you put a post in this
forum?

Don't you want people to know you are a ligit concern.

Thought the whole idea was about helping people?

Or does that not include us on the Accrington forum?

Post Re:  This is for you!!

Hi Cazzer. This is one of the reasons why he didn't want get into this in the first place. Oscar thought that something he said would probably be taken out of context, and end up upsetting somebody which it has. Oscar thinks things have got off to a bad start and he hopes we have gone some way to rectifying the situation.

A straight forward, in depth, explanation, and answers to any criticisms in the first place, in one post, would have sufficed. There couldn't have been any misunderstanding then.

I just had to answer this;

OK, let me try to answer this as best as I see it.

Certain comments were made about "our outfit" long before we even knew this forum existed. The administrator in question wasn't on line to join in a questions and answers session that we were asked to participate in sorting out scepticism we knew nothing about.

What right did anyone have to use the words "Dodgy Outfit" about any trading business they know nothing about?

Thats what I got on my high horse about.

Imagine PC TecZone publishing opinions about forums we had never been involved in.

I would invite you to visit places such as http://www.arkitus.com/
and http://www.trevorj.com/ (currently unde construction) and http://www.delphi.com/. Amongst many, these sites have been used and reviewed by our renowned review team.
Early this year, PC Club Aid (our former name) was picked as site of the month at Delphi.
We spend a little time learning the history of such places before entering into discussions about what we do because we don't like to throw ourselves at people. This can feel very intrusive to some and we respect that. That said, our door is always open.

Can't see where admin wrote those words anyway.

Referring to one of your other posts:

To us commoners "enigmatic" also means mysterious, baffling or doubtful, Oscar. In my dictionary anyway

And maybe if you had read the forum through before you went into chat, you would have realised who I was and understood what was happening.

Strange how you have probably alienated many people on here with what started out as me thinking I was doing you a good turn!! [smiley=lol.gif]

Just to set the record straight:

I recommended your organisation on Sunday Aug 10th

The "offending" remark was made by Admin on Sunday Aug 10th

You were informed by Mick of the comments on Monday Aug 11th

You came into the chatroom without reading the forum comments  and getting your facts right on Monday Aug 11th

Also please tell us were you are referred to as an "outfit"
