I've noticed the same sort of thing with other stuff from the USA - my cousin in California can buy something at $5 and over here it's £5. It's as if they seem to think the £ and the $ signs are interchangeable.

Microsoft has admitted that speech recognition features in Vista could be hijacked so that a PC tells itself to delete files or folders. ....lol

its possible but not really likely. it needs a combination of flaws to take effect, one of which is teh human in charge and in that case every PC has a flaw

I wonder if its possible to create music that had the correct frequencies in certain parts to make it sound like somebody was issueing commands, but the human wouldn't know because they'd think it was music?

Possible?

nah, sound waves sound the same, Voice recog is bad enough at dealing with accents, never mind music pretending to be speech
