if however they dont or you have had your xbox modified to play pirate games you can cure the problem yourself by buying a modified cooling kit which is very easy to install , if you dont feel confidant instaling it ring park computers in blackburn and they may be able to help you out as i know they do xbox repairs

even if you modify your xbox 360 there is no way in hell it will ever play a PAL game
