I have one, I had to ring service provider to send a code to my phone for e-mail and stuff. Good phone though. Just don't set any key answer because it will answer as soon as you touch it, or even in your pocket, the only other thing I don't like is when you slide the front up, the keypad unlocks, and I can't see where you would put an unlock code into it, so keep hold of your phone!
