help ... mobile phone

My old mobile is going out on loan ... my nephews borrowing it as a stop gap till he can get another the dog got hold of it ..anyway im now deleting everything off it which i have done all the messages, photos etc has all been deleted ... slight problem .. i cant get my email address off it ..and i dont know where the book is for it and cant remember how i put the addresses on if the first place any ideas folks ...

ive tried restore factory settings .. that hasnt deleted them ...

Phone is a nokia 6131 ...

I have a nokia flip phone and just checked. go into message settings then email or sync email, open the email mailbox, click options then delete... just done it on mine to test it but now can't remember if that is exactly what i did, lol. But play around in message settings, it worked for me

that wouldnt work for me either thanks anyway .. i stuck it in google .. came up with the nokia website ... and the instruction book is still on there ..
