skype probs
yesterday i downloaded skype for first time so i could talk to my sis and shortly after i downloaded it i was talking over skype with webcam on and my pc crashed an i got a blue screen with loads info on asking if id recently installed new software etc ..but any how i had to shut my pc down manually and restart it .
i tried again to run skype and webcam and same thing happened and had to switch off and restart again and when i logged back on i got a message saying my computer had just recovered from a crytical error .so i uninstalled skype and then last night she set up yahoo and we were talking again (with webcams on) and the exact same thing happened .. any advice welcome please as its a brand new pc and i dont want to risk buggering it up not been on skype or messenger since and its been fine but it still worries me that i cant run either without the risk of critical errors... |
