Thanks for the advice Roy. I think I shall reconsider.
I see what you mean. Internet services often send you e-mails such as, conformation or registration etc and I’m sure they won’t verify their e-mail address either, you either get the e-mail they send you or you don’t. hehe
Also I don’t really want to loose any info that someone may have due to the fact that the sender isn’t really bothered if I receive their info or not. The verification method may ultimately persuade them not to send at all in the end.
I shall turn it off and see how I get on with the spammers. If it should get bad then maybe I will turn it on again and only disable the option while registering to internet services etc but that would be a pain.hehe
