i was on ghostys xp... no idea what any of this means! woke up this morning and i am back on vista, says he found a patch that fixes the problems...

I have been wondering about the suitability of vista for our offices, I think the 2 I have are going to be changed, they have all the business data on them, I already copy it daily for security against crashing and losing the information, I wonder if I could sue microsoft if it deleted our database?

My rule of thumb is never to change to a new Microsoft OS for at least 5 years from it's release date. This DOS 3.3 is just fine for the moment

All the new laptops had vista. Hope I don't live to regret it. Haven't got it online yet though.

that is teh problem, even though its crap MS have locked all teh suppliers into delivering vista so they can claim to hot their targets.
