Re: Euro 2004

It would be great to win it but how would the Sun and Mirror and all the other clap trap papers be able to knock the Team, manager, FA, Captain, M Owen etc.... I think we will win and with the best team out could beat anyone around, not beating a team in a friendly doesnt mean a great deal and at least we are discussing the chance of winning imagine if you had to support Scotland or Wales!!!!!!!!!!!!

The England squad dont play as a team. When was the last time you saw a goal scored by England through teamwork?

Not only that, we have no defence left. Ferdinand banned. Brown held back! Relying on old campbell and a few newbies who make loads of mistakes cos they cant stand the pressure.

Re: Euro 2004

It's possible to have a good defence. Erikson changes it alot in friendlies to give players experience but we have the likes of John Terry, Gareth Southgate, Wayne Bridge...

Re: Euro 2004

After what Ive seen in the prem this year it looks like no one is stepping up for the Goalie postion, I may be biased but Chris Kirkland looks the best and I cant see us going to Portugal with Clamity between the sticks. Cudicini has already played for Italy.

England will possibly get through the quarter finals...but no further than the semis. As for Seaman, my goldfish is a better goalie

Is your goldfish english? If it is, get it in there. Trust it better than James!
