Just touching on carpons post (13) you might have a point about Harry's involvement with HM Customs and Revenue, although he was cleared, the FA have always had that holier than though complex

Personally I'm not sure he's the right choice, but still, let the fella have a go first to see how it pans out & then make a decision.

And let's not forget Steve McClaren ...this is the same mob (the F.A) who gave the the last load of crap the managers job.. goody two shoes Trevor Brooking and the likes have gone for the safe option .. nice bloke, good with the press, managed umpteen teams and won nowt! may as well have brought back Graham Taylor
