I think shearer would make a good manager, not sure he is ready for premiership though.

on what do you base that derek? i remember some saying the same thing about another great (Bobby Charlton) n he made a pigs ear of it. what puts me of,before he proves himself in lower reaches is the reputation he carried with other players,when he was at ewood, people ferget that.

there is a board meeting on monday, john williams has been away 2 days at a F.L. meeting, agree about sooner the better, but has been impossible with his abscense.
