Re: hughes to city
when the inevitable happens big sam is a definate NO NO fer me, yeh he did ok at bolton, but to watch em - crap. i reckon rovers should start n up n coming guy,as hughes was, he'd only mamaged wales, i will probably get shouted down fer this but like i'm bovvered, i would go fer Paul Ince, don't personally like the guy, but hes got the same background as hughsie at man u, n aint done too bad on the bottom rung as hughes.

Well he'd certainly be better than Sam cashy thats for sure, but I think we'll end up with Big Sam only for the reason that he is far better working on a small budget like Hughes has done, than having plenty of cash like he had at the North East nut house

Re: hughes to city
What about Shearer - he wants to get into Managing, could be popular with the fans, seems a nice, stable sort of bloke, etc.

Chuffing nora! Well, all the best to him... seeing as City are a team I look out for.
No, I shan't use the dreaded, somewhat disgusting two words of 'second team'.

well ince aint exactly had big bucks thrown at him n fer me his sides play better footy than bolton did under big sam. plus would cost less fer ince, leaving more dosh fer transfers is my thoughts.
