Blackburn Rovers are in the highest league in the UK and so it may remain.

Now I get the plot...but don't forget I get the news second hand.

Been listening to radio lancashire and they say graeme souness has ruled himself out saying hes not the man for the job and blackburn has not been in touch with him.
They are actually saying sam allardyce .....
