Far to early to say yet Barrie, But don,t forget as a City fan i'm used to dissapointment. I'm happy to sit back and watch the mighty fall

Brilliant.. the talk about only those from the local area support Man City have been proved...all of a sudden we have a City supporter..only a few years ago second only to the great Panda on the world wildlfe extinction list... GLORY HUNTERS!

Mancie, have you ever stopped to consider that City fans might just go along for the football and camarderie. Unlike the win at all cost brigades, city have always had a fantastic fan base that follow them through thick and thin. One hell of a lot of united and Chelsey fans will drop them like a hot potato if they start losing big time and then follow another sucsesful club whomever that might be. Lemmings spring to mind.

Of course City have always had a big fan base in Manchester because it is in Manchester..and the again I've yet to meet a Chelsea fan that lived in Chelsea.. no problem here .. just havin a pop at those who live in Accy but reckon you have to support Rovers or Burnley to be "local"..

I now follow stanley as i now live here, i still follow Inverness caledonian thistle as i lived up there as well. But will always be City till i die.
