yes Eric..many teams have spent big money since the Prem was established...before that we had Malcom Allison at Man City trying it on ...but Rovers started it with Fat Jack.. and if there was ever a flash in the pan it was in them days....Chelsea looked the real thing for two seasons by spending over 200 million but now we are level..enuff said.
