money isn't everything, coyle has the stability at burnley that hughes had at rovers, going to a club like bolton,who if things dont go right will just sack him, or stay at burnley accept the praise and, if, and i do mean if, you get relegated he will keep his job, could that same be said at bolton if he went there, i very much doubt it...

Sums it up very well to me. If you recall Big Sam left Bolton for the same reasons as Hughes left Rovers, turned out to be a nightmare for him.

After weighing it up, i reckon owen coyle would be nuts to take the bolton job,cannot see it as advancement no matter how i look at it. if he has ambition fer that, feel he can do much better than bolton, who have very similar status to burnley.
