True point but makes a refreshing change that they are getting it right this time on who the hooligans are

The high fences they have on the continent are of course banned here.. no fences here but we still don't have real problems with pitch invasions.. I hope these tinpot venues with the fencing don't have to learn the hard. We know how tragic the outcome of herding supporters into overcrowded enclosures (and basically locking them in) can be.
